~ CA2 Synthesis ~

Make sure you know how to use:

1) 'while'



Example:
Josiah was running along the corridor.
He saw a wallet on the floor.
1) Josiah saw a wallet on the floor while he was running along the corridor.

2) While Josiah was running along the corridor, he saw a wallet on the floor.


Rule 1:
The longer event (was running), MUST always be AFTER THE WORD "while".

Rule 2:
"Josiah saw a wallet" NOT  "He saw a wallet." in Example 2.
Always specify the Subject/Noun at the beginning of the sentence!

Rule 3:
Remember to put "  ,  "  in the middle of the sentence if while is used at the start of the sentence.
